Catholic Pages has a lot of different resources about the bible and explanations of the bible. Most of these are just books you can buy, but you never know, you may run into something that would be helpful.

The Crossroads Initiative is a site that has some really cool tools. You can see all 4 Gospels laid out side by side which is just awesome.

This site is a little bit drier. This is all of the church documents related to Biblical Studies. Including the document Dei Verbum which is on Divine Revelation.

This is the Catholic Commentary on scripture... they have some good resources that may need to be adapted a bit, but it is a good starting place.

E.N.T.E.R. is a cool site with definitions of terms, statistics, quotes of old testament used in new testament and so on.
