Since 1983 the St. Thomas More Center has been serving youth in the Southwest corner of the State of Iowa. In 1995 the St. Thomas More Center took on the role of the Office of Youth Ministry for the Diocese of Des Moines. This ownership of youth ministry came out of a call to not let youth ministry die in the diocese. Since that time the STMC has offered the service of acting as the Office of Youth Ministry for little to no cost to the Diocese. Youth Ministry is a great love for the STMC and is a mission that we love to serve.
