Check-In
Sunday check-in will begin at 1:00pm and end at 2:00pm. The process will be similar to years past with both parents allowed inside the lodge to help guide their camper(s) through the check-in process. Our staff will be in place to help move bags, make beds, and settle in campers. Parents will also be able to help move their camper into their cabin(s). Family members are welcome to enjoy the canteen (which WILL be open!) and grab a bite.Check-out
Mass on Friday is at 10:00am. We invite you to join us for this Sacrament and suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early. Check-out will be following Mass at 11:00am. Masks will be worn at parental discretion. Please park and go directly to Charron Hall.
*Please note:
On Fridays, early check-out is from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. by prior arrangement only. Please come to the CYC office to pick up your camper and their luggage.
Please email or call the office if you need to check-out early.
In addition to signing out your camper, please consider stopping by our other check-out stations:
1. Lost and Found will be located outside Charron Hall. This is an important stop as you never know what your child is capable of losing!
2. Canteen will be open for cash, check, or card. Canteen balances cannot be used at check-out.
3. Left over canteen money can be collected in Charron Hall. If you want to skip this stop, any money left behind will be considered a donation to CYC. Thank you in advance for supporting our mission!
