What you need to know prior to registration!
CYC is for students entering 3rd grade in the ‘25-‘26 school year through those who will graduate high school in May of 2025!
Current 2nd graders ARE eligible to attend this summer!

We are using the same registration process this year as we did in 2024! Just like last year, we are continuing to offer some pretty exciting things like...

The ability to process eChecks and cut down on credit card processing fees
Returning Families: Find that username and password! You'll log in with your account information from last summer!
New Families: You are all set! Simply create a new account.
Registration is conducted on a "first come, first served" basis and is done exclusively online.

What will you need for registration?
You will need to have medical information with you when you register. This includes:
Immunization records (Date of last TDaP)
Medication details
Insurance information
A $100 deposit (per camper) is due at the time of registration.
After completing registration, you will be asked to upload a photocopy of the front and back of you camper's insurance card.

Discounts
Families registering more than one child can receive a sibling discount of $10 per camper.
We have discounted early bird prices if you register before January 1st, 2025!
There is a $100 discount if you choose to send the same camper to more than one session a summer. (Please contact the office to receive this discount.)
Reduced rate weeks! We are offering three weeks (one for each age group) at a discounted rate. These are weeks 2, 5, and 6!
Payment Plans
After paying the $100 deposit, there are four options to pay off your remaining balance:
1. You may pay in full at the time of registration.
2. You may pay in six installments, automatically withdrawn on the 15th of every month beginning in December and ending in May. This is a good option for parents and guardians sending multiple kids!
3. You may pay in one installment, automatically withdrawn on May 15th. This is the option you should select if you plan on applying for sponsorship after registering. (More information on sponsorships can be found here.)
4. You can also make payments at any time by logging in to your online account.
Insurance Cards
To upload your insurance card, use the blue button at the top of the page to log in to your online account.
After logging in, click the 'View Details Button' under where it says Summer Camp 2024.
Scroll to the bottom until you see a section called 'Upload Documents'.
Use the button that says 'Upload', and then find the correct file locally on your device.
After selecting and reviewing the file, click 'Submit'!
Waitlists
You can register your child to be on the waitlist for any full camps, simply by registering like normal on the registration portal. You will not be asked to pay the $100 deposit. Your child will also not be placed in the camp until space becomes available. If space does become available, our office will contact you.
If you want to ensure that your child has the opportunity to attend CYC, we recommend signing up for a week that is not full. If you have not been contact by April 1st, we recommend that you definitely choose another week! You can always remain on the waitlist for one week and sign up for another that's not full!
Cancellation Policy
The $100 deposit (per camper) is nonrefundable. A prorated portion of the fee may be refunded if the camper is sent home from camp due to illness or injury. Refunds will not be made for a remaining period of three days or less. If a camper leaves early due to disciplinary reasons, homesickness, or parent request, no refund will be given.
Financial Assistance
We never want money to be the reason a child cannot come to camp! We have sponsorships available for those in need. For more information about financial assistance, please visit our sponsorship page.
Bunk Mates
If you would like your child to be placed in the same cabin as his or her friend, please enter the first and last name of your child's friend at the 'bunk mate' question of registration.
We can only ensure one bunk mate per camper.
To edit your camper's bunk mate or double check that you entered the bunk mate correctly, please contact our office. We will be able to help you make any changes that are needed.
Pickup Authorization
We introduced pickup authorization in 2022! This is to add an extra level of safety for your camper(s). When you register your child for camp, please list the first and last names of the individual(s) who are authorized to pick up your child
