Families who are unable to afford the registration fees for their camper(s) to attend Catholic Youth Camp are encouraged to apply for financial assistance via the Sponsorship Request Form located within the "Complete a Request" section above.

After completing the form in full, a sponsorship request can be submitted to our office through email or snail mail. Once our team receives an application, we will take time to review the request and notify the family of their campers' sponsorship award via email.

If your camper is already registered: Our staff will apply the sponsorship award directly to your household's registration fees and assign any remaining balance to a monthly payment plan using the card on file.

If your camper is not yet registered: Your sponsorship award email will include a coupon code to use at the time of registration.

Absolutely!! Go ahead and register your camper(s) for a week at camp! In almost all sponsorship cases, we request that families pay at least the $100 deposit per camper.

Upon reaching the check-out stage of registration, please select the payment plan that opts to schedule the remaining balance as one automatic withdrawal on May 15th. Rest assured, we will process your sponsorship request form and allocate funds well before that final payment date.

We will be happy to help you register your camper and create a payment plan to split up your household balance into monthly installments.

It is never too late to apply for sponsorship! Sponsorship allocations are made on a rolling basis. The earlier you apply, the more likely your family will be able to receive ample financial assistance. As we near the start of the summer season, our team will work to make an allocation to support your camper registration fees as our budget allows.
